Faith Gleeson, Broker (Director of Client Services SchwabeGroup) – A licensed Broker since 2001 coupled with in-depth marketing and management experience, Faith has the proven experience and market expertise you need when buying or selling a home. As a retail sales manager for a variety of clothing stores, Faith wanted to hone in her sales experience and 1st class customer service skills on a bigger scale, so in 2001 she became a licensed REALTOR® and started her career at a brokerage in Arlington Heights. Faith was quickly taken under the wing of a top producing agent and worked side-by-side, learning the business at a quick pace. In 2003 she moved to the Glenview office where she again worked for a high volume agent as the Director of Client Services where she was involved in every aspect of the business from listing and marketing homes, working with buyers, negotiating contracts, and leading the sale through every step from contract to closing. 2019 began a new chapter - Faith joined The Schwabe Group. Her goal was to bring her experience back to her home area and work with neighbors & friends in her local community again. Faith is a lifelong resident of the Chicago suburbs and currently resides in Palatine with her husband and two boys, ages 19 and 14. She is an active volunteer at Pleasant Hill school where her youngest son attends as well as sports organizations and Fremd HS.
